I got this about a little while ago. The workouts are so intense. I just wanted to tell you that I am seeing some great results. It takes work, but with i know wat I’m doing.

I gained 10 pounds of muscle so far and fat keeps coming off. Best of all I can see my body startnig to look better. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I almost didn’t buy this. Wow, what a mistake that would have been.

This is the most intense workout program I ever tried. I am seeing it work already. I got the delux edition. I am glad I did. The bodyweight training is great. Just wish I found this earlier.

OMG. I didn’t believe this would work. I’ve tried so many other thngs, but this is the one that worked. Thanks for showing the videos. IT was was I need to see to buy the program.

Thanks to macy. I would never have got the deluxe version, but I did becaus of you. It was a little extra, but what a difference those extra books have made to me.

Hey I would not mind buying a video that was well done…. I have a hard time following my own regimen and going back to the book. Is there a video that I could follow with to start with? I think I am not alone in this need. AND If you had several different levels of challenging workouts,that was well narrated…. I think you could help many more individuals find success. The directions should be decisive and encouraging and illustrated by LIVE individuals preferably with both men and women. I would so BUY it and I am sure I am not the only one that would benefit and buy this. I’m ready to go with the food suggestions but I don’t even know where to begin with all the verbage on work out and reps and X3 A1 and A2. Help me find something that will work.
