Turbulence Training is a new way of looking at building a lean body. Below you can find some videos that show the basic ideas behind Turbulence Training. The concept is really pretty simple. You mix up the focus of intense interval training to keep you muscles freshly challenged. The focus can be weight loss or body shaping or both.
When you watch these Turbulence Training videos you will see just how intense these workouts can be.

This is the most intense workout program I ever tried. I am seeing it work already. I got the delux edition. I am glad I did. The bodyweight training is great. Just wish I found this earlier.
OMG. I didn’t believe this would work. I’ve tried so many other thngs, but this is the one that worked. Thanks for showing the videos. IT was was I need to see to buy the program.

love the principles you are talking about. having had almost every bone in my body broken years ago and always dealing with the results of being put back together with old fashioned methods i have to be careful with anything high impact. i do pushups, chinups, and have lifted weights but always have to be careful and controlled. do you forsee any problems that i might have to watch out for? is Turb T high impact or can i be careful and controlled while doing it? i will continue moving till i can’t move any longer (i am secretly holding out for the artifical knees that go 50 mph and for the super strong elbow and shoulder joints LOL ). thanks for dispelling the aerobics myth. i have thot that for years.
